Bluebeam Revu – Brochures & Packaging

During my time at Bluebeam Software, I oversaw the design and production of the brochures and packaging for its flagship product, Bluebeam Revu, through multiple versions.

For the first few years we did simple one-sheets, and as our marketing budget grew, we were able to produce boxes.

A diminishing need for software packaging

Ultimately, software packaging was becoming less and less common as we entered the days of digital delivery. The only physical copies we still produced where for distribution at trade shows. Because of this, we combined our brochure and box production into a single CD sleeve with built-in booklet.

Once again, this was a custom design we created. I managed, and contributed to, the design work, as well as oversaw the production with the vendor.

This packaging lasted through several design updates until we eventually stopped producing them altogether in favor of a simple postcard with a link to download our software.
